    CEU's sportsfest '09

i swear i laugh everytime this thought comes to my mind - that we, BSP1-D, is the representative of the whole School of Pharmacy for the cheering in this sportsfest!!! duh, there are so many sections of pharmacy in school and i never thought that we're gonna be the REPRESENTATIVE. we were all shocked by the time they've announced it. we were all like "HAAAAA??! why us?!". okayyyy, the word representative is a real big deal for me - for us! maybe because we're only freshmen right now. and guess what, they picked our section because all the professors suggested us. wanna know the reason? okay, because we are the NOISIEST section in the whole School of Pharmacy! and yes we broke the record!

we've been practicing this past few days... after classes, during vacant periods, and even in our dreams! - kuya jas and kuya lambert, our dance instructors and they're also pharmacy students, said that we should practice and recall the steps even at home. yea, we've been THAT busy. but despite of being haggard and wasted every minute of our one week of practice, it was all worth it. we enjoyed it and i think we became more united. it gave us time to know everyone else and to have bonding time with everyone.

okay, let's go now to our topic here which is the opening of the sportsfest of CEU manila and makati. we arrived at the Rizal Stadium by 7 am but the program started at 8 am - yes, Filipino time, always. the first part was the dance performance of all the freshman students - i was there! we've been practicing that dance during our P.E. time. it was also fun! then after that we immediately changed our clothes for the parade. and heck yes the faculty was right to pick our section to be the representative! we really shouted at the top of our lungs and we were the noisiest of all! the experience was so fun and so memorable! we also felt the support of all the SOP family and the faculty as well. right, i can say that we made a very good job. :)
