    BSP1G's Farewell Party

    March 25, 2010
The last day of my freshman year. And also the last day of our final exams. It was sad, thinking that my first year college days were finally over and thinking that maybe next school year, our section wouldn't be the same anymore. This second semester was better than my first semester. During this second sem, I've finally gain friends and I didn't feel like I'm invisible anymore. Hahah yeah I felt invisible during the first sem, to be honest. I was able to be friends with others and was able to know my classmates more. Our section, BSP1G, is as tight as a knot in a rope. Yeaah, pretty much that tight. I was so lucky to have them as a part of my life. Anyway, during our break, we all ate at McDonald's in Mendiola, then after our last exam, we took pictures here and there, then we had a meeting about our farewell party to be held later on that day. We decided to have an overnight swimming.

We - Lea, Faula, Yelle, Kennedy, Webster, Dianne, Cleon, Clinton, PJ, Chenee, Monica, Jerome, Rohanie, Mhai, Nico, Rodalle, Ivan, Ian, Alex, Jaja, Blaine, Gizela, and I - held our farewell party at Loreland Resort in Antipolo. First, we had our meet up at the Legarda station by 6pm. Then we all rode the LRT going to Santolan. Then we rode a jeep to Loreland. It was so freaking fun. I've tried something new during that night. It was also my first time smoking shisha. It was so unforgettable and memorable. One of my best nights too.

    March 26, 2010
After our swimming party, by past 4am, we decided to head off to Gizela's house in Antipolo to stay until morning. It was only a one ride trip from Loreland to Gizela's crib. We slept for a few hours in her crib. Then we had our breakfast by the time we woke up and went back home by around 10am.

    I'm gonna miss my friends/classmates, seriously. Goodbye BSP1G :(
    Btw, Happy summer vacation everyone!

    Para-Thrilla in Manila!!!

It's not a dream anymore, it's worth fighting for.

    March 9, 2010
My loooong wait was finally over! I've finally seen the best band ever and my inspiration for life - PARAMORE! I still can't actually believe that I've already seen them performing live, in my very own naked eyes. It seems so unreal even though IT IS real. Last night's Paramore Live in Manila concert is definitely one of my best nights ever. It was a kick ass show, so effin amazing. I will never forget it for my entire life span.

I arrived at SM Mall of Asia open grounds by around 4pm with my friend Raf. We met at SM Manila and we rode a cab to MOA. My sister was already on the line at the Gold section when we arrived there while my friends Kris and Erika were already on the Silver section. My sister and I were at the gold section. My sister was one of the few persons who lined up early - we were on the first line! - but when the crew already allowed people to get inside by around 7pm, even we were the ones who got there earlier, we haven't got the chance to occupy the first few rows to the stage because of some unfair people who came late but still occupied the front rows. But our position was fine too, we were close to the stage! Then my friend Katrina also came and she's also in the gold section so we were with each other. Btw, while we were still on the line outside, we heard the band performing their sound check. Hayley's voice is indeed amazing live! I was lucky I was able to hear the sound check hahah!

Callalily was the front act, but I guess they didn't get a positive response from the crowd, even if they were good performers too. I could hear people screaming "BOO!" and people shouting "We want PARAMORE!" again and again. It was a pity for them even though they did well, as far as I'm concern. Then when their performance was over, it gave us the signal that the real show was gonna start. I swear my heart beat so fucking fast at that moment. Then by the time the band came out - Hayley Williams, Zac Farro, Jeremy Davis, Taylor York, and Justin York (the brother of Taylor, the band's temporary rhythm guitarist due to Josh Farro's absence) - the crowd started to get wild, and I as one of them.

As expected, the concert was a huge success and their performance was really one of a kind. They did a very great job. They gave their full energy, Hayley's voice is so damn powerful and incredible. Her headbanging is indeed crucial. She's a very great singer and a very awesome headbanger \m/ I sang and screamed at the top of my lungs. I felt something that no words can explain during the concert. I'm a huge Paramore fan and I feel like I'm the happiest living creature by the time I saw them, especially my inspiration, Hayley Williams. This night was really a night to remember forever.
